Founded in 2001, Foshan Shunde Jiling Electrical Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturing company with production plants and offices specifically engaged in researching, designing, producing and marketing electric fans. 10 new models annually
Our 25 R&D engineers design 10 new items every year and keep pace with the latest market trends. Our new electric fans adopt high-speed two-level motors with rotation speed up to 2,000RPM. To meet your customers' needs, we have also developed new fans integrated with humidifiers, negative ion, photocatalyst technology, and mosquito repellent function.
Annual production capacity of 5 million units
All of our fans, including stand, table, wall-mounted and box types, are manufactured in our 40,000m2 facilities according to ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems. Outfitted with advanced production equipment such as 80 to 470 tons plastic injection machines, stamping presses, spindle punchers and winding machines, our 13 lines can turn out up to 450,000 fans and 350,000 motors monthly, totally 5 million units annually.
International certificates
Everything we produce carry CE, CCC, GS and CB approvals. Our 55-strong QC team conducts inspections at every stage of production process rigorously. To ensure reliable sourcing, we only source raw materials from stable suppliers based on CCC and IEC standards. All our efforts make contribution to our less than 1 percent defect rate.
